Brittany Rushing

Drawing from a rich background of medical and military influences, Brittany offers a unique perspective that allows her to deeply connect with the veterans she serves. Her medical tenure as a Supervisor in the Emergency Department for three years saw her excel as the lead Patient Care Coordinator. This role instilled in her an unwavering sense of empathy and compassion. Interacting with a myriad of individuals, she has come to value the power of human stories and the significance of support during their most vulnerable moments.

Brittany’s personal connection to the military runs deep. Her father, a National Guard veteran with 24 years of service, is a 100% VA-disabled individual. Assisting him through the intricate VA process gave her keen insights into the challenges faced by our veterans. The dedication of her uncle, with his 30-year tenure in the Marine Corps and multiple tours, further underscores her appreciation for the sacrifices of service members.

Outside of her professional commitments, Brittany is a devoted mother to two spirited sons. They often find joy in the great outdoors and cherish the moments of play. In quieter times, she is known to be immersed in poetry, drawing, painting, or lost in the world of literature.
