Jordan Cates joined our team as a legal case manager for veterans in October 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern Indiana.

Jordan is a former combat veteran of the United States Army. Serving from 2012-2016, he was assigned to the 1-504th Infantry Regiment with the 82nd Airborne Division, in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, where his MOS was 11-B, Airborne Infantry.  During his time in Afghanistan, in 2014, Jordan participated both as an infantryman and as a Radio Telephone Operator (RTO) within his platoon. Once he returned, he was promoted to Company RTO, where for the next 2 years he was able to participate in various worldwide events with NATO forces.

As a veteran, Jordan has a unique and valuable skillset, which includes leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. He is committed to putting others before himself by helping his fellow veterans obtain all the benefits they have earned.

In his spare time, Jordan enjoys hiking, camping, herb gardening, and spending time with his family.
