Ariel Pace

CLAIMS REVIEW LEAD

Ariel joined National Vet Help in 2022 as an Intake Administrator and has grown with the team ever since—serving as a Case Manager before moving into the Claim Review Department, where she now works as the Claims Review Lead. She also serves as the office trainer and mentor, helping new and current team members succeed while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect.

With more than ten years of customer service experience, including leadership roles, Ariel brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. She takes pride in guiding veterans through the disability benefits process and feels a personal connection to the mission, with several family members who have served in the armed forces.

Outside of work, Ariel enjoys crocheting, reading, thrifting, planting, and spending her time cheering on her children at their sporting events.
