With over three decades of expertise in the medical field, Michele's background as a laboratory scientist equips her with the precision and analytical skills necessary for reviewing medical records with the utmost accuracy.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Kentucky (2007) and an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Technician) from the University of Kentucky (1989).

Throughout her career, Michele has excelled in various roles, including overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with laboratory regulations, and providing exceptional customer service and patient care. Her extensive experience in clinical data analysis, quality control, and training has honed her ability to meticulously review and interpret complex medical records.

Michele is actively involved with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), participating in continuous professional development and education in the laboratory field.

Michele’s dedication to veterans is deeply personal. With a family history of military service, including a grandfather in the Army and a brother who served as a First Sergeant/Master Sergeant for 22 years, Michele understands the sacrifices veterans make. Her passion for ensuring that veterans receive the benefits they deserve is evident in her work. She firmly believes that those who fought for the country’s freedom deserve the utmost support and advocacy.

Outside of her professional life, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities such as camping and beach vacations, and participating in church activities, particularly youth and children’s programs.
