Jacy Alexander is an esteemed addition to our team, bringing valuable expertise as a legal case manager for veterans since March 2022. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, Jacy demonstrates a strong academic foundation in his field.

 

Before transitioning to his current role, Jacy served with distinction as a combat veteran in the United States Marine Corps. From 2001 to 2006, he served as a 6174 UH-1N Huey Crew Chief in the Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA-167), stationed in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Throughout his military career, Jacy completed four deployments, including two with HMLA-167 and two with HMLA-269 during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Jacy’s outstanding service has been recognized through a commendable array of awards and decorations. He has been honored with twenty Air Medals, two of which were awarded with Combat V, in addition to three Certificates of Commendation, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, a Good Conduct Medal, a Presidential Unit Citation, and various other medals and accolades. In 2006, Jacy concluded his active service in the Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Dedicated to the welfare of his fellow veterans, Jacy takes great pride in his role at National Vet Help, where he wholeheartedly serves the community. Currently residing in Fort Branch, Indiana, Jacy is a devoted family man, cherishing the time spent with his wife and two sons. He actively engages with his community, deriving joy from supporting his children’s involvement in local youth sports, such as baseball, football, basketball, and wrestling.

 

Beyond his professional and family commitments, Jacy cultivates a diverse range of hobbies. He embraces his creative side through leather crafting, woodworking, gardening, and other agricultural pursuits. Jacy is an active member of his local church, fostering his faith and contributing positively to the community. Additionally, he is an esteemed member of VFW Post 2714, further showcasing his commitment to serving and connecting with fellow veterans.
