With over thirty years of experience in customer service, complemented by a strong medical background, Sarah Hayes is a vital asset as a Case Manager at National Vet Help. Our organization is dedicated to assisting veterans with their VA disability claims, and Sarah’s connection to the veteran community is deeply personal. Her stepfather, a proud and decorated Vietnam combat veteran from the Marine Corps and a recipient of the Purple Heart, has imbued her with a profound respect for the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women.

Sarah’s empathetic and holistic approach to case management allows her to effectively address and understand the unique challenges faced by the veterans she serves. Her free-spirited nature and commitment to holistic living help her establish genuine, trusting relationships with her clients.

Outside of work, Sarah is a devoted mother to an extraordinary daughter. She enjoys watching all kinds of sports, spending time at the beach, connecting with friends and family, and embracing the serenity of nature. Sarah’s passion for life and her dedication to supporting our veterans make her an invaluable member of the National Vet Help team.
